This page contains the dates of the scheduled meetings and links to the meetings' agendas and minutes. Click on the name to open the PDF. The PDFs will open in a new window. (if blank = not submitted.) Meetings are held in Boro Hall, unless specified elsewhere. Agendas are normally posted 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. If they are not available online, they will be available at the meeting. Minutes are generally voted to be accepted at the next meeting and will be posted when approved.

Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Tuesday of the month, and rescheduled to Thursdays when there is a conflict due to elections. In July and August only one meeting is scheduled. All meetings will begin at 7:00 PM and will be hybrid, (at 2 Main Street and via the internet) or virtual only. The public is encouraged to attend.
The 2025 reorganization meeting of the Mayor and Council is scheduled for January 7, 2025.
Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Sussex Borough Municipal Building, except for the December meeting, which will be held on the second Monday. The second Monday of each month is reserved for workshops, which will only be held if needed. Action may be taken at workshop meetings. Meetings may be held either in person, via Zoom, or both (hybrid). Applications and other relevant documents will be accessible during normal business hours in the Municipal Building. If the agenda is not posted on this page, it will be available before the meeting begins.
The 2025 reorganization meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board is scheduled for January 8, 2025 at 7:30 PM.
The Sussex Borough Community Events Committee meets at 7:00 p.m. in the Boro Hall on the first Wednesday of the month.
The 2026 reorganization meeting of the Community Events Committee is scheduled for January 7, 2026.

The 2025 reorganization meeting of the Economic Development Committee has not been scheduled.
The Board of Health meets at 7:30 p.m. in the Boro Hall on the fourth Tuesday of the month, except in August.
The 2025 reorganization meeting of the Board of Health is tentatively scheduled for January 28, 2025.
