This page contains the dates of the scheduled meetings and links to the meetings' agendas, and minutes. Click on the name to open the PDF. The PDFs will open in a new window. (if blank = not submitted.) Meetings are held in Boro Hall unless specified elsewhere. Agendas will be posted 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. If they are not available online, they will be available at the meeting. Minutes are generally voted to be accepted at the next meeting and will be posted when approved.

Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Tuesday of the month. In July and August meetings will be held on the second Tuesday, and rescheduled to Thursdays when there is a conflict due to elections. All meetings shall commence at 7:00 PM. Meetings to be held virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic OR are held at the Municipal Building. The public is encouraged to attend.
The 2023 reorganization meeting will be held on January 3, 2023.
Planning and Zoning Board meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Sussex Borough Municipal Building. If needed, Workshops will be held on the second Monday of each month. Action may be taken at workshop meetings. Beginning March 28, 2022, meetings will return to in-person. If the agenda is not posted online, it will be available before the meeting begins.
The Community and Cultural Events Advisory Committee (formally known as the Recreation Committee) meets at 7:00 p.m. in the Boro Hall on the first Wednesday of the month.

The Board of Health meets at 7:30 p.m. in the Boro Hall on the fourth Tuesday of the month, except in August.
