This page contains the dates of the scheduled meetings and links to the meetings' agendas, and minutes. Click on the name to open the PDF. The PDFs will open in a new window. (blank = not submitted.) Meetings are held in Boro Hall unless specified elsewhere. Agendas will be posted 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. If they are not available online, they will be available at the meeting. Minutes are generally voted to be accepted at the next meeting and will be posted when approved.

Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Tuesday of the month. In July and August meetings will be held on the second Tuesday, and rescheduled to Thursdays when there is a conflict due to elections. All meetings shall commence at 6:00 PM, at which time the meeting will be opened, immediately followed by Executive Session, which will be closed to the public. The regular public meeting will resume at 7:00 PM. Meetings are held at the Municipal Building. The public is encouraged to attend.
Planning and Zoning Board meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Sussex Borough Municipal Building. If the agenda is not posted online, it will be available before the meeting begins.
The Recreation Commission meets at 7:00 p.m. in the Boro Hall on the first Wednesday of the month.

The Board of Health meets at 7:30 p.m. in the Boro Hall on the fourth Tuesday of the month, except in August.
