This page contains the dates of the scheduled meetings and links to the meetings' agendas, and minutes. Click on the name to open the PDF. The PDFs will open in a new window. (if blank = not submitted.) Meetings are held in Boro Hall unless specified elsewhere. Agendas will be posted 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. If they are not available online, they will be available at the meeting. Minutes are generally voted to be accepted at the next meeting and will be posted when approved.

Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Tuesday of the month, and rescheduled to Thursdays when there is a conflict due to elections. In July and August only one meeting is scheduled. All meetings will begin at 7:00 PM and will be hybrid, (at 2 Main Street and via the internet) or virtual only. The public is encouraged to attend.
The 2025 reorganization meeting of the Mayor and Council is scheduled for January 7, 2025.
Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Sussex Borough Municipal Building. Workshops will be held on the second Monday of each month. Action may be taken at workshop meetings. Meetings may be held either in person, via Zoom, or both (hybrid). Applications and other relevant documents will be accessible during normal business hours in the Municipal Building. If the agenda is not posted online, it will be available before the meeting begins.
The SBC&CEAC meets at 7:00 p.m. in the Boro Hall on Wednesdays unless otherwise noted.
The 2025 reorganization meeting of the Community and Cultural Events Advisory Committee is scheduled for January 15, 2025.

The Board of Health meets at 7:30 p.m. in the Boro Hall on the fourth Tuesday of the month, except in August.
