Zoning/Housing/Code Enforcement Department

The zoning office is located in the Boro Hall at 2 Main Street.

A zoning application is required as a condition precedent to the commencement of a use or the erection, construction, reconstruction, restoration, alteration, conversion, or installation of a structure or building, which acknowledges that such use, structure, or building complies with the provisions of the municipal zoning ordinance. NOTE: This document is NOT a building permit. A building permit MUST be obtained prior to the commencement of any construction/repair. Should the approval be denied an applicant may request to go to the Land Use Board for consideration of said intent. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to call us for advice and assistance.
